Hmmm....

I'm thinking I may end up getting the Bright Eyes default replacement. Most of those with really cute sims have them (i.e. Berry, FuryRed, etc.) And they seem to be the most commonly used replacements so I reckon they are safe.

On another note, I have already taken most of the pics for the next Thistle chapter but don't know when I'll be able to put them on the computer because my hubby has taken over the computer (again) with the TS3 on it to run a stupid thing on WOW. *grumble grumble*

Anyway I'll at least try to post some pics of my little cutie pie Honeydew in her new dress.

Hint about the new chapter: expect lots of diapers and bottles! :D

All Grow'd Up! :D

When we last looked in on the Tea household, a new addition had made its way into the family and Peppercini was not taking it well at all.
Obviously it was not Honeydew's lack of sweetness.

Strawkiwi: Goochi-goochi-goo! Daddy's little princess is so sweet isn't she!?
Honeydew: *shrilly laughs then spits up all over Strawkiwi's shirt*Thistle was trying to get prepared to go back to work by learning some new recipes but was getting so frustrated and tired she kept throwing the books!

Meanwhile Thistle continued to warily watch Pepper with Honeydew. She didn't know what to make of the situation until...

She caught Pepper in the room one day holding Honeydew's bunny-bear.

He's lonely Thistle told Strawkiwi that night, We've been so busy with Honeydew that we haven't noticed!

Strawkiwi: Tomorrow night we'll take him out just the three of us

The next night Mint Fizz came over so that Strawkiwi, Thistle and Peppercini could go out together.

Mint Fizz: Here I've come to save the day!!! *laughs*

Thistle and Strawkiwi had a wonderful time out with Peppercini, the happy threesome went fishing and bike riding and ended the day by playing putt-putt and eating some pizza. The whole afternoon and evening Peppercini talked their ears off non-stop. Right before they left the pizza parlor to head home, Thistle and Strawkiwi explained to Pepper that he needed to just let them know when he was feeling lonely instead of being mean or rude to his baby sister. Pepper nodded and seemed noticeably happier, he was growing up so fast!
When they returned home, Mint was playing the guitar and singing nursery rhymes for Honeydew. In the threesome's absence, Honeydew had done some growing of her own!

Ta-daa! Are sweet little Honeydew is all grow'd up!

Thistle seemed less happy about missing her daughters birthday than the others.

Mint had made a cake and after they had all had a slice, Peppercini helped wash dishes!

Thistle picked up her little one and felt a little sad that she was growing up so quickly.

Thistle was even more suprised when Peppercini invited his friends over and sang happy birthday to Honeydew!

That night after putting everyone to bed, Thistle was cleaning up the kitchen when she felt sick. She knew immediately what was going on...another little one was on the way!

Thistle was startled out of her train of thought by hearing Honeydew cry out.

Thistle: What a pouty face! Did you have a bad dream?

Thistle sat her daugther down and started talking to her, to her suprise Honeydew started talking back! And boy what a diva she was turning out to be already! :)

Afraid to tell their son that another baby was on the way without fufilling their previous promise, Thistle and Strawkiwi bought Pepper his dream bike.

The look on his face was priceless as he sat on the bike and looked at his mum and dad! They then told him about the baby on the way and he seemed not concerned at all. Instead he excitedly asked if he could go fishing with his new best friend Todd and Thistle had to laugh before she could even tell him to go ahead.

Again, as it had the last two times, pregnancy caused Thistle to crave food endlessly. This time it was key lime pie--her favorite.

In fact, she loved it so much that she made it over and over and even sang about it!

Thistle: Key lime pie, key lime pie, gee how I love you, gee how I love you...

I think pregnancy is really does do a number of your brain Thistle.

Slight Veering Off Course For Some Randomness...

Some funnies for you this morning because I am too tired to play the game XD

DUH! :)
I don't know how I feel about this...you know what they always say about Chinese food anyway....0_0

Because I'm apparently absorbing more of my husband's super-nerdness...if possible.

(to anyone who read this before I edited my husband is an ass and decided to add that bit to aggravate me when I left my computer alone for 10 seconds and btw I hate WOW. Immensely).

Welcome little one!

Strawkiwi loved being by the beach and Thistle decided she was happy as long as Strawkiwi was happy. Although you never forget your first home.

Thistle decided to scope out the new house to make sure the contractors hadn't left anything out.

Seriously Thistle what's with the shades at night anyway?
Thistle: It's bright in here!
You are such a loon.

Thistle warmed up to the house even more when she started to cook dinner that night. Being a chef Thistle not only appreciated the newer and nicer equipment they had chosen....

But loved the view from the kitchen window! (Who could blame her?)

The next morning, Thistle was not feeling very well and Strawkiwi decided to take Pepper fishing so that they could not only spend some father-son time together but so that Thistle could have some piece and quiet.

Peppercini: Hey dad? Do you like fishing? And...

Strawkiwi: Yes son? What's up?

Peppercini: Did you remember that mom has a birthday coming up soon?

Strawkiwi: I sure did son, why do you ask?

Peppercini: Hey dad? Is it gonna hurt mom when she has the baby? Where do babies come from anyway?

Strawkiwi:
Umm....*Here's Thistle calling for him in the house* Hold that thought son, you can keep fishing, Dad just needs to check on Mom.

Meanwhile, back in the house....

Thistle: Strawkiwi!!!! Get me to the hospital now!!

Strawkiwi: Oh my gosh, *panics* let me get the keys. Where's the hospital bag? Oh gracious...

So the two leave for the hospital...forgetting about a certain little one fishing in the background! (crazy sims)

Back home after apologizing profusely to their son and promising him a new bicycle, the happy family welcomed their sweet little girl, Honeydew, to her new home and new room.

Although she had been hoping that the baby would take more after her in regards to skintone (hence the name Honeydew), Thistle instantly fell in love with her daughter who already loved to give sweet little baby kisses (*all together.....AWWWW*)

As in most cases, Strawkiwi was wrapped around his little girl Honeydew's tiny fingers already...

Yes, everything seemed to be picture perfect for the family

except Peppercini...

Something seemed to have changed in him since he was left at home alone accidentally. Thistle watched with concerned eyes in hopes that he would soon forgive them and return to normal...maybe she'd better look into the whole bicycle thing soon to help cheer up her son. In the meantime she'd just have to keep a close eye on him.

Moving on Up!

For Thistle, this second pregnancy was going much smoother physically. Probably due to the fact that she was on a healthy-eating kick.

Thistle: You gotta love some fresh veggies! *Giggles and continues chopping*

I said she was doing better PHYSICALLY didn't I, (I never said a thing about mentally...)

Things were good though with little Peppercini. Thistle loved being home with him and they read, played games and just enjoyed each others company. He was growing everyday and Thistle knew that it wouldn't be long before he was all grown up.

The more time she spent playing with him, the more Thistle realized it wouldn't be long with the new baby on the way before they had outgrown their current 2 bedroom home.

Thistle began to worry about space. But with only a little money coming in from her paycheck with her maternity leave, and Strawkiwi only working part-time while he was writing she knew they could not afford a new home at this time. She dreamed as she browsed through the realestate section of the newspaper.
Thistle: It's just wishful thinking, really. I just can't help looking at all these beautiful homes for sale.

Thistle knew Strawkiwi was working really hard on the new book that he was writing and didn't want to bother him. They were a resourceful family and they would make due with what they had.

When Strawkiwi did take a break from writing or working at the bookstore, he spent time teaching little Pepper new things such as how to count, colors and shapes.

Strawkiwi: Not that hole son, this one. *waits until Pepper figures it out* Yay! Good job buddy! Your so smart!

Peppercini: Yay! Daddeh see bwocks! Bwocks! *grins and claps hands together*

Before the Tea family knew it, it was time for Peppercini's birthday!

*Peppercini blows really hard but can't quite get the candles out*

*Thistle waits til he tries again and helps him a little* ;)

Peppercini is all grown up and looks like half/half of his mom and dad. What a little cutie...who obviously didn't want to get his picture taken and would rather eat his cake.

Peppercini: Hurry up mom and Miss Creator-Person! I'm hungry!!!

While Pepper was enjoying his cake, Thistle was returning to that same worry about what she would do when she had the baby.
Thistle: Now that Pepper is all grown up and needs a big-boy bed, how will we make room?

But Thistle needn't have worried for too long. That same evening, she went to check the post and to her surprise there was a very thick envelope with Strawkiwi's name on it. Thistle saw that it was from his publisher and nearly killed herself running up the stairs to take it to him with her big ole belly.

Thistle: What is it darling? Hurry open it!

Strawkiwi:
*Laughs* I'm going as fast as I can darling. *Opens the envelope, pulls out a hard back copy of what was his manuscript for his book, reads the letter and his mouth drops open*

Thistle: What? Your killing me here!!! Strawkiwi Tea tell me what's going on this instant!

Strawkiwi: *Looks up at Thistle and grins* They've published my book and given me a huge advance on it! We can buy our new house darling! Before the baby comes!!! *They hug each other and jump up and down in excitement (as much as Thistle can jump up and down with her big belly)*

Thistle and Strawkiwi kept busy over the next month looking at houses and properties. They noticed that since there son had grown up, he had begun to spend quite a bit of time outdoors. In fact he loved to be outside so much that he frequently fell asleep out there.

On one particular occasion, Thistle came outside to get him (In her underwear--what a weirdo). She gave him a hug and explained to him that they would be moving soon. He looked sad and Thistle began to explain why.

Thistle: Peppercini, there is just not enough room in this house for all of us plus the baby who will be here very soon (I hope). You can still go to your same school and everything though and we will still be bringing all of your toys. You'll even have a much bigger room!

Peppercini: Mom, it's okay. I understand *he rubs her belly and talks to the baby in there* I'm just ready for my new brother or sister!

That night, Strawkiwi and Thistle took Peppercini out to see the lot that they would be buying.

Peppercini: *Looks panicy* I love being outside Mom and Dad, and I love the beach...but where is our house!?

Thistle: *laughs* Miss Creator-person will be building it soon before she moves us in. *laughs again at the look of relief on Pepper's face*

Did they think I was going to pull another legacy on them and make them move there without anything? Anyway the lot is beautiful and is right on the beach which will make Pepper happy.

The next night they packed there things and got in the taxi and moved to there new lot.

Ta-da! Their new home! I lurvs it! (I'm not a very good house builder, but it turned out well!)

Will they like their new home? Will the baby ever come? ( I swear this is the longest pregnancy ever) Stay tuned. I'll try to update soon.
