Misadventures of Bombay

Because my game is running *crosses fingers* beautifully atm, I have been playing WA a lot more because I really never got to enjoy it much when I first bought it due to incredible lag ( as in *knocks on computer case* "Hey! Are you awake in there"). So I really like Candy's daughter (from the alternate SV universe) Bombay. She's as fun to play as Thistle. So here are some pics of her adventures in Shang Stir Fry.

Taking a rather uneventful bicycle ride across the bridge...

But being all touristy, safe and uneventful is not exactly what Bombay had in mind

No, she's more of the kind of girl to explore an ancient tomb....in her gym clothes of course.

Succumb to a tourist trap of "hey there pretty lady...I'll pay you ten fold if you can guess what you are feeling in this hole..." (yipes...freakin' creepers)

Embarrass her newly-found local friends by choking on her chopsticks at dinner...

Breaking her hand by trying to impress the cute local boy with her mad "karate-chopping" skills

Drinking too much nectar and then end up swimming in the fountain in the middle of town.

And then being asked to leave and never come back when they find you boxing unsteadily in your swimsuit in the ladies room...

Home from my mini-holiday and doing some much needed blog rearrangement

I had a wonderful Labor Day weekend. Ate lots of yummy food, shopped a bunch and spent time with some good friends (pretty much family) this weekend. Feel very refreshed and ready to face my very demanding work schedule again. :)

Aside from that short and sweet RL update, I have added a CC list on my blog to try to give credit to some of my favorite and most used CC. I am sure I have forgotten folks but as the title says its definitely not a all-inclusive list due to the fact that I am only human and forget where I find things sometimes. Also I often check e-mail, blog, and lots of websites on my laptop but I have most of what I downloaded on my PC because that's where TS3 is there. So forgive me if you see your CC in my pics but not on my list...it's not that I don't appreciate the hard work that goes into it. And remember it is new and I'm sure more will be added in the days that come.

Also I'm always looking for some good men's wear because this game lacks it but I do not endorse paysites at all!! (Peggy's is on the list due to her free stuff [i.e. skins, some hairs, clothing]) I believe in share and share-alike. One day I hope to make some CC of my own but I don't know if I'm quite that computer-savvy or ambitious...but we shall see.

Happy Early Halloween! :D

I made a very sweet Halloween berry-sweet simmie. Her name in my game is Pumpkin Orange-Crush but I think I uploaded her as orange crush. She's in my studio here!

And she's pretty fun to play. I have a bunch of other sims I've made recently especially due to downloading some sliders so enjoy. Forgive the total lack of editing in the pics, I don't have my Photoshop installed yet.


I may reupload her though because I just realized I hadn't changed her eyes to a yellow color or her traits...but I'll create a v.2 soon or something, may upload her as a household...hmmm

More randomness...

So I obtained one of Peggy's new hairs for my game recently and thought I'd add to my game by having another berry sim into it so Tadaaa!

P.S. On a happier note, due to the fact that he needs to pull some pics off the old hard drive for a wedding he recently shot (he does this on the side), my hubby will be working on the old hard drive soon (I hopes).
